Psoriasis Speaks is a patient community forum on Facebook that provides support, encouragement, and information for people living with psoriasis in hopes that they'll have better conversations with their doctor. As one of the leading Art Directors on a small team, I played a pivotal role in revitalizing a brand that was on the verge of sunsetting. The success we had over the course of two and a half years helped a conservative client understand the value of social content in the omni channel approach to content communication.
